Dongguan TTL Safety Footwear Component Co., Ltd. is an exclusively foreign-owned enterprise, which specializes in the production of safety footwear components (Steel toe cap, Aluminum toe cap, Steel shank), located in Wanjiang, Dongguan.

　　 TTL was established since 2004 and committed to develop products and each model of steel toe cap & Aluminum toe cap has CSA and EN 12568 certification. Entire production process is completed in house. We have many equipment, such as punch press, grinding machine, heat treatment machine, spray coating machine, and test machine, to name a few. We have four production lines, more than 80 staff, and 5 million pairs of annual production capacity. Products are sold far to America, Canada, India, Brazil, and EU, to name a few.

 We have 6S management system, ISO 9001:2015 certificate. All inspections are carried out in every production process and they all are traceable from raw material to finished products.

The purpose of incoming raw material inspection is to make sure the material is qualified for manufacturing products.
